Welcome to FinProm Inspector (accessible via https://adcompliance.pro), an automated regulatory compliance tool developed under the RegShield Suite ecosystem by 3 Ridings Design ("we", "us", "our").

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy, confidentiality, and transparency. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, process, protect, and handle data when you use our free on-screen financial promotion inspection utility and our paid ($49) statutory audit dossier delivery service.

2. Data We Collect & Processing Operations

A. Free Instant Inspection Utility (No Account Required)

• Submitted Campaign Data: Copy text, asset class selections, jurisdiction designations, copy type, and target audience parameters submitted for evaluation.
• Transient Memory Processing: Inputs submitted to the real-time checker are processed ephemerally in volatile memory solely to perform the automated compliance check and return the scorecard. We do not store or index your draft copy on permanent public databases.
• No PII Collection for Free Use: We do not require account creation, names, or email addresses to run on-screen audits.

B. Paid Statutory Audit Dossier ($49 Service)

• Contact Information: Full name and email address provided during checkout to facilitate document delivery.
• Transactional Data: Stripe session IDs, transaction timestamps, and payment statuses. Full credit card numbers, billing security codes, and payment credentials are processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) and are never stored on our servers.
• Dossier Generation Cache: The structured audit report generated for your campaign is temporarily cached only for the duration required to assemble the PDF and dispatch the deliverable to your email address.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Performance of a Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing required to generate, compile, and email your purchased compliance audit dossier.
• Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Maintaining server security, mitigating automated abusive requests, preventing financial fraud, and ensuring reliable system uptime.
• Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Complying with financial record-keeping obligations.

4. AI & Automated Processing Protections

FinProm Inspector utilizes frontier Large Language Model (LLM) APIs to evaluate financial text against statutory frameworks.

• Zero Data Retention for Training: All data passed to our AI engine endpoints is transmitted via enterprise API pipelines with zero-data-retention (ZDR) agreements. Your proprietary promotional drafts are never used to train or improve foundation AI models.
• Deterministic Guardrails: LLM processing operates under strict programmatic constraints to return structured statutory conformity reports.
